The farm at Poggio ai Santi also aims to be a model of sustainable development. Organic since 1995, it produces vegetables for its restaurant in addition to olive oil. Thanks to its greenhouses we can complete production and raise poultry and rabbits. On their roofs, 700 metres of photovoltaic panels produce most of the energy it consumes.
