Poggio ai Santi dominates the Tyrrhenian coast, at the level of the island of Elba. This
section of the Tuscany coastline, the upper Maremma, creates an harmonious marriage
of the charm of traditional Tuscany with the pleasures of the sea. Poggio ai Santi is a
beautiful country house built in the last century and surrounded by pine woods and olive
groves facing the sea, four miles from the beach at an elevation of 150m. From the hill on
which the lodges are located, although they are only a few minutes from the beach and all
the services, guests benefit from a sense of unlimited space and uncontaminated nature
which it is difficult to forget.

Apartments:
The uniqueness of "Poggio ai Santi" lies in the care with which Francesca, the owner and
padrona di casa, has furnished and decorated her apartments, checking each individual
detail with great care and taste. The large garden which surrounds the house creates an
environment which is full of harmony and quiet nooks which are ideal for rest and reflection
and make it possible for each apartment to enjoy its own private space. Three of the
apartments available to guests have been created within the old housekeepers lodgings
and the fourth is located within the main house where the owners also live. All consist of a
living room with an adjoining corner kitchen, a bedroom and a large bathroom. "Poggio ai
Santi" represents a level of quality beyond that normally found in rural villas. You will be able
to enjoy unrivalled quality in terms of welcome, comfort, space, peace and quiet.

Swimming pool:
The swimming pool is heated using a solar system and offers a breathtaking view from a
promontory overlooking the Gulf of Baratti.

Breakfast with local products:
Every morning hot pastries, fruit tortes and home-cooked bread are prepared for breakfast,
accompanied by various types of organic honey produced on the farm and home made
marmalade, together with a selection of typical local produce. A large terrace with a view of
the sea is used in the summer and a luxurious "winter garden" looking out towards the
Tuscan archipelago in the other seasons, complete with contemporary staging. A delicious
healthy breakfast is the ideal way to start the day! In fact, at Poggio ai Santi, the dedication of
little time to this morning ritual, in addition to being very healthy and relaxing, makes it
possible to be offered suggestions and itineraries for making the best of each day of your
holiday. The Poggio ai Santi farm company produces organic IGP (denomination of origin
protected) extra virgin olive oil as well as various types of honey which are sold directly to
the consumer.

Tariffs:
Daily rate starting from 90.- Euros up to a maximum of 200.- per apartment according to the season; breakfast is included in the tariff.
